Hmmm good point.

Ohhh that's a neat idea. I didn't realise that Docker came with tini built into
it these days... although it looks like s6 would be a better fit for Koha.

All right. I'm convinced. I don't know if I'll have time in June, but I do want
to test out the systemd version on WSL sometime soon. Might have to be July
though.
