Hey David thank you for testing this.
Are the TICKET_STATUS AVs named like 'Option 1' or 'Option1'. I just found that
having a white space in an AV the filters don't work. Maybe this already solves
the problem for testing. 
As AVs may contain spaces (more than 50 in the db contain one), I have to fix
that patch to make these working too.
