It should be possible to edit the metadata on ILL requests after the request
has been sent via Koha or marked as requested by other means. Currently when
the request is placed with partners or confirmed to be requested, the ability
to edit the item metadata is removed.
We use custom fields to add required information to the ILL request that can't
otherwise be added, e.g. latest date when the patron needs the loan or the name
of the sending library if we place the request directly in their opac or by
other means. Editing this information is currently not possible after the
request has been made, and we need to manually delete the request and create it
again, and this is unnecessary work.
To reproduce:
1. Create a new ILL request
2. Observe that "Edit item metadata" is available
3. Confirm the request or place it with partners
4. Observe that "Edit item metadata" in no longer available
Reverting the request does not solve the issue, it's still not possible to edit
the metadata.
