has the following setting:
- "Public": Yes/No
(Set to 'Yes' to show this library as a search option and on the libraries page
in the OPAC.)
When you self register, libraries marked as "not public" unexpectdly appear on
the list of selectable home libraries.
Hide private libraries from this selection.
