Test plan: 1. Apply patch and run `yarn js:build`. 2. Create an item list and add an item to it. 3. Navigate to the item list, and press remove for the item. 4. Verify canceling the remove confirmation dialog works. 5. Verify accepting the remove confirmation dialog successfully removes the item. 6. Navigate to the item lists module main page. 7. Press delete for the item list. 8. Verify canceling the delete confirmation dialog works. 9. Verify accepting the delete confirmation dialog successfully deletes the item list.
