This patch switches to toolbar buttons and fetches the table reference another way. Test plan: 1. Apply patch. 2. Ensure you have batch modification and batch deletion permissions. 3. Create an item list, and add multiple items to it. 4. Select some of the items in the list, and click "Batch remove from list". 5. Verify the operation behaves as before. 6. Repeat steps 4-5 for "Batch edit" and "Batch delete".
