Bring it in line with the legacy returns.pl recall dialog: * "Recall placed by:" bulleted patron block (name link, address, phone, email) from the embedded recall.patron. * Recall notes, when present. * "Transfer required for recall" hint when the recall needs a transfer. * "Recall at <library name>" heading from the recall pickup library. * Add the "Ignore (I)" button alongside Confirm / Print and confirm. Test plan: 1. Apply patch, yarn build 2. Recall an item (UseRecalls) checked out to another patron, then check it in => SUCCESS: the modal shows who placed the recall, the pickup library, and Confirm / Print and confirm / Ignore 3.
