They used to omit the date. - The "Return date" badge shown while the options panel is collapsed displayed the raw ISO date (2026-10-10). It is now formatted. Test plan: 1. Apply patch and rebuild: $ ktd --shell k$ yarn js:build && restart_all 2. Set the 'Suspension in days' circulation rule to 1 and check out an overdue item to a patron (e.g. backdate the checkout) 3. Go to Circulation > Check in and check the item in => SUCCESS: "Patron is now restricted until <date>." uses the dateformat syspref 4. Check in another overdue item of the same patron => SUCCESS: "Reminder: Patron was earlier restricted until <date>." uses the dateformat syspref 5. Enable SpecifyReturnDate, open the check-in settings, pick a return date and collapse the settings => SUCCESS: The "Return date" badge uses the dateformat syspref 6.
