This patch logs "item <itemnumber> cover image" in that case. The log object is still the biblionumber. It also adds tests for the item_id target, which was not covered: item lookup, missing items, replacing item covers without touching the biblio level ones, and the log entry. Test plan: 1. Apply patch 2. Run: $ ktd --shell k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob/BatchImportCoverImages.t => SUCCESS: Tests pass! 3.
