The log did not record the changes made to the notice either, and the action was displayed in capitals by the log viewer. Changes to the notices of the message queue need a log of their own, which is a piece of work of its own, so do not log them here. To test: 1. Apply the patches, enable NoticesManagement and NoticesLog 2.
