Access_type from COUNTER files is also not taken into account and therefor
missing in the database.
SELECT * from erm_usage_mus where access_type is not null

To reproduce:
Upload a COUNTER file with access_type (see attachment)
1.) enable ERM Module
2.) create a provider manually (no need for credentials) with report type TR
3.) Manual Upload of the file
4.) Create a report in the reports module: SELECT * from erm_usage_mus where
access_type is not null
--> No results, although all records should have an access_type
