It checks that a title with Regular and TDM rows keeps the Regular count only, in the monthly and in the yearly usage, that a title with TDM rows only is not added, that an empty value and "regular" are imported, and that one warning gives the number of rows that were not imported. A file with TDM rows only adds no usage. SushiCounter.t, for release 5 and 5.1, checks that TDM items and Attribute_Performance entries do not change the COUNTER report body, that a Regular entry in any case is kept, and that a response with TDM usage only gives no rows. COUNTER_5/SushiCounter.t also tests is_regular_access_method on its own. UsageDataProvider.t checks that the URL of a master report has access_method=Regular and that the URL of a standard view has not.
