That is a good point ... Koha can do messages via SMS if you have an SMS
driver.
So maybe Reed's idea of putting a check box if it's a cell you check
it - that can be used by the SMS feature and will tell librarians if
it's going to cost more to call. That does however mean we need more
than just a template edit - we need a new feature :(
