Ok, thanks. I known the problem now.
In tag *3.00.06*, in Search.pm, lines with "$indexes_set++" are in comment. They are not in comment in revision *3.2 alpha 2* and neither in HEAD. I can't find when is has been set in comment. Still, I think it is a bug.
