The deletedbiblio, deletedbiblioitems and deleteditems tables are for materials that have been deleted from your catalog. This provides a failsafe recovery option, in case the deletion was not correct. If you're confident you don't need any of the materials in those tables, you can truncate them to clear up space. It's much like emptying the trash on many desktop systems.
OpacSuppression is determined by the 942$n MARC subfield.
