>From what I've seen, the thing you'll notice the most is that IE's CSS rendering is pretty different from everyone else. That may create issues which are a problem or it may not. We have tried to correct JavaScript problems with Internet Explorer whenever we find them, but it's likely you'll find more. As for over-committing, I think this depends partly on how much they want Koha on IE7 to look exactly like Koha on Firefox or Chrome.
