The Library of Congress made UNIMARC to MARC21 conversion charts.

Horrifying to behold, however...
I would suggest focusing on converting the variable fields (200-802) and
expecting the cataloger to just input the rest of the codes in the fixed
fields manually, which is pretty simple most of the time. Converting all
those codes would be a lot of work for very little savings.
