I think
stable repository will have revisions 3.4.0, 3.4.1, 3.4.2 ...
dev repository will have last build package (containing nearly last source
revision).

But I see that bug
6713<http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=6713> is
not yet integrated. Patch is just send.
It will need testing and integration before it is integrated in GIT then
debian package.

You will have to integrate manually this patch.
It is not so difficult.
Read it to apply it on source.
Remove lines begining with - and add lines begining with +.
