I'm intrigued! Is the idea that there would be "Technical release notes" for developers and regular "Release notes" for end users?
Recently I was trying to summarize changes that were relevant for end users, and it was a tricky picking through technical changes vs user functionality changes. Hi devs, During the last dev meeting (yesterday) we decided to add a new "technical" part to the release notes. In the last release cycle some significant changes have been pushed, and it would be good to highlight them and tell the developers what they can expect for 20.05. I have created a pad to allow us collaborate and write what you think should be there. If you have worked on something that will be part of 20.05 and that needs special attention, let us know. https://hebdo.framapad.org/p/9ga9-koha-tech-release-notes (no login needed, just click and write!)
