Hi Heather, I just tested in master and you can make the lost value visible again in the default framework. I think you just have to keep in mind, that it won't work the same as when using it from the 'items tab'. But if that is not a problem for your workflow, you can use it as before.
Hope this helps, Katrin Am 08.12.2015 um 17:28 schrieb Hernandez, Heather: > Hi, Elaine (& all)-- > > Well, *all* our records are in the default framework!:) It's just simpler > to manage, since I import all new records from OCLC via the gateway export > into that one framework, and when I need to make fields visible it's just > easier to edit the default framework and have it work on all the records. > (A few times a year I have to make fields visible to edit since Koha seems > to come with a lot of commonly used fields hidden, I guess to make it > simpler for folks who are not so familiar with MARC.) > > I'm *so* eager to try to the new cataloging interface, though, for record > editing (I hope it does editing!) but I would still use one framework for > all records--managing all those different frameworks doesn't really make > sense to me.
