Hi Jesse,
I just applied the Arabic language to Koha 3.22 and it works fine, I followed
the steps in this link
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Correcting_Search_of_Arabic_records ) but
in the file words-icu.xml I added something different (see below), try it and I
hope it works with you.

is it possible you changed something in order to index 880 that got lost in in
the update? 880 is not indexed by default atm I think, but probably should
still be searchable in keyword search.
Is there any warning on the systme information tab of the about page?
