Hi Evgeni, to my knowledge:
A. Should be possible using a 2/week frequency and the first issue publication date being Tuesday or Friday.
B. I am not sure if you can use eceptions here, but I think you can't account for public holiday, so you'd have to 'delete' those issues at least.
