This popped up in a weekly digest of tweets I get from the US National 
Institutes of Health. It's a couple of years old, but it's a great description 
of Open Source software-what it is, why it's free, and why you should use it. 
It might be useful for someone trying to persuade their organization to switch 
to Koha.
