...And then there was nothing!

You work for 38 years for a company. Nearly every day of your life is spent
creating
profit for this company. The company goes broke , or so they say , and you
are left after
a lifetime of work with nothing.
This unfortunately is becoming an all too common occurrence , there are many
cases
where workers have been left with nothing. If a worker takes the companies
assets then
he/she is branded a thief and put in jail , but under the laws of the land ,
the capitalist's
laws , it is an acceptable situation that money and entitlements that were
the possession
of workers , can be stolen by companies.
Desperate action is needed to make it impossible for the capitalist
enterprise to have any
access to the entitlements of workers and to make sure that all workers
receive their full
entitlements in the advent of company closures. This guarantee for workers
needs to be
enshrined in law.
Howard / Reith scheme a fraud.
The Government through Howard and Reith have proposed a new system that
offers
workers a portion of their entitlements upon company closures. Their system
is a fraud. It
is an escape path for businesses who use workers entitlements in their
operating accounts
or to line the pockets of directors. The company's ability to undertake such
action is what
needs to be tackled.
A scheme that part pays workers and lets the bandits go free as Howard and
Reith
suggest is another example...
