Hello,

This is an invitation to join the Rad-Green group, an email group
that I moderate at eGroups, a free, easy-to-use email group service.
By joining this group, you'll be able to easily send messages to
fellow group members using just one email address. eGroups
also makes it easy to store photos and files, coordinate events
and more.

Here's my introductory message for you:
------------------------------------------------------------------------

You are hereby invited to join an anti-capitalist environmentalist group, that has
three focuses: One is to discuss ways to further elevate the current upsurge in
coalition building between the opponents of capitalism and the opponents of
environmentalist destruction (because they are the same thing essentially).
Two is to discuss how this struggle will make sense on the ground; how do we
synthesize Green and anti-capitalist politics?
Three: Continue the spread of information regarding these struggles, particularly to
inform one another on the events leading to the collapse of eco-systems (and with it,
the global fossil-fuel driven economy)

Only two things are asked of posts: They not debate whether capitalism is viable to
the survival of species on the planet (it isn't)
and not to debate whether or not we are in a terminal ecological crisis (we are)

Those who aren't sure of either of these are encouraged to lurk.

The list itself hopes to put a premium on discussion over news, but of course
information is very welcome.
