Subject: [iac-disc.] Clinton to bomb Baghdad? The Houston Chronicle had a small article today about Iraq
having some missile capability.
With Clinton up for disbarment and Gore in
trouble according to the presidential polls, it would seem that the time is
ripe for Clinton to bomb Baghdad before the elections in an effort to go out of
office with Saddam out, too (as he at one time stated he would do).
Would a world-wide campaign of people betting what day the
bombing will take place, and stressing why there will be such a bombing, make it
impossible for Clinton to carry out this scheme? Or, would it increase the
likelyhood that it will happen, with US citizens yelling, "Do It!"
We could at least express our concerns for the possibility of
this happening to our Congresspeople.
