>Vietnam, Cambodia Parties Sign Co-operation Agreement The Communist Party of
>Vietnam (CPV) and the Cambodian People�s Party (CPP) reached an agreement on
>the exchange of visits for the 2001 and 2002 period during a visit to Vietnam

>Board. The agreement was signed after the talks between the CPV delegation led
