The article cites a new discovery of a professor in Texas university on (a highly toxic substance) dioxin contamination in Vietnam. It mentions the test of blood samples of 19 out of 20 people who lived in the old Bien Hoa base where between 20,000 and 30,000 litres of Agent Orange was sprayed, showing that dioxin levels are extraordinarily high. The article also mentions the chemical's affect on one million Vietnamese people, causing diseases such as severe deformities, cancer and immunodeficiency.
