With all due respect and this just a fact and npt a position as you know we
are in solidary on the issues pf change .although we are primary foced on
the Latin America issues .which are many
The point about Russia,Russia is pitiful sight and Russia is getting worstt
everyday in everery one.Russia military has no money,no weapons, no
mobile,and the vast majority of the troops who have not been paid in months
can not be trusted to defend their own county ,never mind getting involved
in another country,The old milyary general are most tragic parading around
with medals dating back to 1800 its painful to watch having once been a
feared world super power who been reduce to fighting internal insurgecy's
without a sucess.
The last perfromance with the submarine ,and not having the ability to
rescue 200 men tells the world and especially NATO more than they need to
know. The US gives the Russian space program 800 million doLLars a year not
because they need their broken down Russain space station ,but they do not
want the Rissian scientist going to a "ROUGE" country,
In the Balkan situation the Russian Navy only had enought fuel for one old
communication ship to observe. In the Russian of old ,they would made a
military presence in the med sea. without sounding like i hate the Russian I
will just stop with this last tid bit information which is entire Russian
is not seaworthy, and almost 50% are use a living quarters for the towns
people, The ONLY fear is RUSSIAN Nuclear weapons and what they will do
about them ,but even with Nuclear they are at stantoff at best. Russia HAS
NO SAY and ARE told ONLY WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW .sad but true
In all honesty we not do pity their self destruction,because thier mettling
or LACK of mettling ,support for struggle in latin America dating back to
CHE Guevera in Boliva is the main reason the "party"
in L:atin America except {FARCEP} are just empty suits with no agenda, no
weaponsm NO NOTHING,and no mother Russian to direct them
