In October and November of this year, the USA will provoke a crisis equal to that of Kosovo in March 1999. The new wave of western lies will picture Serbs again as ?killers?, ?rapists?, savage animals and the like. You know that ten months ago I was the first one to point out the danger coming from the new conflict in Montenegro prepared by the US. I first stressed this danger in the book ?The New Totalitarian Society?? followed by a series of articles and the latest book ?Civil War in Montenegro?. This time the rationale for renewed western lies will be the ?unbearable suffering of Montenegrins under the Serb military boot?. Regarding this issue, some of you already know my principal theses explaining the destruction of our country, which are the following: - Montenegro is a middle stage in the carving up of Yugoslavia (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Sandjak, Vojvodina) . This series of Balkan wars helps the US to prevent Europe from unification. - The ?international community? wants to take over the Adriatic sea. - The crisis in Montenegro will be triggered during the last stage of the American presidential elections. Namely, Clinton wants his protege Al Gore to be elected hoping that the new little ?humanitarian? war will help him to achieve this goal. I have just arrived from Yugoslavia where my articles and lectures aroused enormous interest. I met with several Serbian and federal ministers and the Prime Minister Momir Bulatovic himself. For more then an hour we discussed the upcoming conflict in Montenegro and I suggested several proposals how to prevent it. Mister M. Bulatovic wanted me to work out one of them, maybe the most fundamental: - TO MAKE A SCIENTIFIC STUDY WHICH WOULD SHOW BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT THAT THE ?MAIN SERB CRIMES?, SERVING AS A RATIONALE FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF YUGOSLAVIA, WERE PURE LIES (?death camps?, ?rape camps?, ?Racak massacre?, etc.) . MOREOVER, THOSE HORRIBLE CRIMES WERE PERPETRATED AND REPEATED BY THE WESTERN SECRET SERVICES (Markale in Sarajevo) . Unfortunately, later on, because of the ?high cost? of the study, the Yugoslav government backed away from the proposal. Its officials did not realize that the evil image of Serbs spread all around the world costs million times more. This governmental move is not a big surprise. Its shortsightedness has been amply manifested during the last ten years and it did not discourage me. I KNOW THAT IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE TO WIN THE MEDIA WAR AGAINST THE WEST BECAUSE THE TRUTH, THE INTELLIGENCE AND A GREAT NUMBER OF HONEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ARE ON OUR SIDE. It is true that, temporarily, the US- NATO- EC coalition rules the world?s media, which are deceiving millions of people. But a revolt is developing against this evil, and American globalization is ever increasing even in the highly developed countries (the US, Australia, Switzerland, Czech republic) . On these grounds the study I wrote has following features: - Title: DO NOT LET THEM DECEIVE YOU ONCE AGAIN - Subtitle: Capital, geopolitics and domination of the ?international community? leading to lies about Serbs that are used as a rational for the destruction of Yugoslavia and Serbia - THIS SCIENTIFIC STUDY BASED ON WESTERN SOURCES EXCLUSIVELY SHOWS, IN AN EXTREMELY SIMPLE WAY, THAT THE SO CALLED ?MAIN SERB CRIMES? WERE FORGED IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE GEOPOLITICAL GOALS. - IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER, SIMILAR STUDIES, THIS BOOK STRESSES THE IDISSOLUBLE LINK BETWEEN BIG CAPITAL, THE CURRENT POLITICAL ESTABLISHMENT, THE MILITARY COMPLEX, NGOs, SPY AND PUBLIC RELATION ORGANIZATIONS AND THE MEDIA. - IT MEANS THAT LIES ABOUT SERBS ARE NEITHER ACCIDENTAL NOR DUE TO MEDIA INCOMPETENCE, BUT THOROUGHLY PREPARED IN THE CENTRES OF WESTERN POWER. - ALSO, UNLIKELY TO OTHER STUDIES , THIS BOOK ESTABLISHES PATTERNS OF LIES SERVING TO MANIPULATE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. - THE EXISTENCE OF THIS STUDY WILL SHOW THE RIDICOULNESS OF WESTERN CLAIMS TELLING US THAT YUGOSLAVIA WAS BOMBED FOR ?HUMANITARIAN REASONS?. - THIS BOOK WILL BE A POWERFUL WEAPON AGAINST NEW WESTERN LIES ABOUT SERBS AND SERBIA. The framework of the study contains: a) Introduction to the new totalitarianism of the ?international community? in relation to the systematic destruction of Yugoslavia. b) Chapter on the organic unity of the political establishment, economy, military industry, NGO, spy and PR agencies and the media. c) Patterns of western lies d) The main lies about Serbs and Serbia e) Other lies about Serbs and Serbia This project has two stages: - Publishing of the study (about eighty pages) in five languages: Serbo- Croatian, English, French, German, and Spanish. Reviews of the study will be provided by the outstanding world- known scientists. Costs for the publishing in 5 languages will be approximately US$ 20 000. - Launching of the book in the most important world centers with the participation of the author, book reviewers and other outstanding personalities. The cost of it would depend on the ability of the Yugoslav, Serb and other cultural centers to raise funding and organize the event. Concerning the funding, it is necessary to understand that the West had already spent billions of dollars in order to denigrate Serbs and Serbia and, in comparison to that, our expenses would barely mount to several hundred thousands of dollars. Once again, truth and intelligence are on our side. World and Europe have had enough of the American ?globalization? seeing that, especially on Balkans, it only serves to US interest. It means that the time has come to fight intellectually the US unbearable brutality. At this point, if we were late it would be almost impossible to face the new wave of the upcoming lies about Serbs and Serbia for a long time. The media war would be lost resulting with thousands of new victims in our desperate country.
