Alexei Razlatsky wrote, regarding the collaboration of the Samara Stachkom
with the fascist Kitter:

< It is quite true, as
Viktor Kotel'nikov has said, that at the time of our joint action with
Kitter (and this is well-known to everyone in Samara, down to the last man)
he neither presented, nor declared himself as either a nationalist or a
fascist. Otherwise there could have been no question of joint action with
him. And anyone who can find a nationalist or fascist, public statement of
Kitter's dated before early 1997>

He also wrote:
<When the Stachkom
considered joint action with him in the electoral campaign of 1997, we
understood that there was the possibility that this would be used against us
by provocateurs. But it must be said that for us the only criterion in
considering a given question is, "Does this advance the revolution?">

If the fascist nature of Kitter was so hidden at that time, or of Kitter only
became a fascist immediately after the election, what were you so worried
that your joint action with him would be used against you by provocateurs?

If Kitter did not present himself as a fascist , nor even a nationalist,
what, then, was the nature of his newspaper Aleks-Inform?

We will respond more fully soon. Oleg Shein cannot respond for the moment as
he is extremely busy organising a transport strike in Astrakhan.
