NA discusses documents to Party Congress
National Assembly deputies continued their group discussions, contributing
opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the pending ninth Party
Congress on November 27, the eleventh working day of the on-going eighth
session of the tenth National Assembly (NA).
NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Yeu chaired a plenary meeting in the afternoon.
Deputies discussed work reports by the court and procuracy sectors, the
sentence enforcement and the management of the local court on organisation
and settlement of complaints and denunciations of citizens.
At the end of the session, NA Chairman Manh raised opinions on the issues
discussed by the deputies, saying that the analyses of the reasons of the
weak and strong points in the reports by the court and procuracy sectors,
on sentence enforcement and settlement of people�s complaints and
denunciations, was not clear. So he proposed that these should be raised in
the session�s Resolution in order to improve the operation of the law
protection agencies.
