Western governments never apologize to anyone when they commit atrocities.
This culture in the Middle East reacts unfavorably when no apology is
extended. Herein lies the problem because western nations commit atrocities
but they don't say "I'm sorry." The Middle Eastern culture retaliates in
retribution.
When the US is made accountable to the entire world, you will see terrorism
virtually disappear because not only will the world be empowered but no more
atrocities will be committed. One reason for terrorism is that
psychologically these nations are powerless according to a psychologist I
know who has a radio program in NYC
