Subject: [Communist-Party] Wall Street's diktat

Comrades,

As an employee of a major computer manufacturer that is about to
layoff 8,000 of a labor force of 56,000, I find it increasingly
frustrating to find that the monopoly capitalists in this country are
the loyal and unswerving servants of analysts on Wall Street. While
I have always known this to be true, it really hits home when you
have to worry that you may be out in the street because "profits" are
down.

Funny, our CEO made $24.9 million last year in pre-tax
income/profit. Where is the give back? It further enrages me when I
think of Marx's labour theory of value, knowing that for every
employee in this company there is revenue of $520,000, yet the worker
is lucky if he sees 10% of that.

Sorry for the vent. The class struggle is necessary, now more than
ever.

In Soldarity,

Shannon B. McCain
