Israeli Occupation Forces Prevent the EMS of Tulkarem Health Directorate
from Reaching Neighboring villages
The Israeli Occupation Forces prevented the Emergency Medical Services that
belong to Tulkarem Health Directorate from reaching the health clinics at
"Eastern Baqa", "Eastern Nazla" and Qefeen villages.
Dr. Saeed Hanoon, health director, mentioned that the Israeli soldiers, who
existed at the Israeli military barriers at the entrances of the
above-mentioned villages, have been hindering the arrival of the medical
services and teams at the health clinics of the area since three days.
He added that the Israeli hindrance canceled all the health services that
have been supposed to be presented to the citizens who could not leave their
villages due to the Israeli siege.
In addition, Dr. Hanoon confirmed that the Occupation Forces prevented the
medical staff from reaching the Health Centers at Kafriyat, Beit Leed, and
Sfareen, Ramin areas that have been under the Israeli Siege. Dr. Hannon said
that these villages are deprived of the medical services, health programs
and children vaccination.
