Bush not welcome in Goteborg!

On Thursday evening, during US president George W Bushs visit in
Gteborg, Sweden, 12000 people gathered in the biggest anti-imperialist
demonstration in Sweden for 30 years.
Organizer of the demonstration was a broad coalition of left wing
political parties and youth organizations, exile organizations etc,
called Bush not Welcome. The demonstration was initiated by KPML(r) some
months ago.

Thousands of demonstrators walked under banners for freedom and
solidarity against US imperialism, against US support to the Israeli
massacres of the Palestinian people, against US refusal to signe the
Kyoto protocol and against Bush unjust trade policy. It was a peaceful
political manifestation to show that the people of Goteborg don't
welcome the president of the imperialist power nr one.

Among the speakers at Gtaplatsen were Teddy-John Frank, international
secretary of KPML(r), Ywonne Ruwaida, mp of the Green Party and
Palestinian and Martin sterlin chairman of the Swedish-Cuban Friendship
Association.
