A certain division of labour is required here. Secondly the 'aid to Cuba caravan' and other efforts like it should not highlight charity to the Cuban People but more of exchange, co-operation if you like because Cuba has a lot to offer the World despite the embargo - it is this international co-operation which we should strive to develop. That is to say the ends should fit the means. Thirdly the emphasis now being placed upon 'tourism' - my understanding is that it was 'tourism' that gave rise to the revolution in the first place - cannot better be achieved with 'cultural-exchanges' - or 'work-exchanges' with other countries? The last thing that Cuba needs is to be a victim of its own success. Solidario-critically, Bill.
