While a handful of bandits who decides on the destiny of milliards of human beings fearly hide in a bunker, ten thousands of militants against globalisation from everywhere in the world are showing their protest. The members of the G-8 summit who scare and hate the people didn�t hesitate to shed the blood of those who struggle for a more just world.Yesterday a demonstrator of 23 years old was murdered. While other demonstrators have been ringling with their life, tens of people were wounded and proximately hundred people were arrested. Carlo Giuliani was shoten by the carabineri and afterwards they drove over his body with their jeep. We will remind this dramatically event as �the massacre of Genoa�. The globalisation that is a soft expression to say imperialism kills coldly without mercy. In Turkey the globalisation rimes with torture and massacres in the prisons. As a country which has got thousands of revolutionary prisoners and which is strongly wanted by the IMF, torture through isolation is a drastic way to impose the ruling ideology. Actually the F type cell prisons aim to break the political identity and human dignity of the prisoners. But at the same time they are instrument of intimidation against the opposition of the people. Against this oppression the revolutionary prisoners began with a death fast on the 20th of October.On 19th December the revolutionary prisoners were brutally attacked by the fascist army in 20 prisons at the same time. As a result of this bloody operation 28 prisoners have lost their lives. Until today the resistance against the isolation cells imposed by the imperialism continues for 275 days and cost the life of 60 people. The streets of Genoa and the prisons of Turkey are the same fight on two different fronts. Both in Genoa and in Turkey the armed forces of imperialism use bullets against those who defend their rights. On both fronts we can observe the cruelty of imperialism. While the anti-globalisation movement is still growing the challenge is to defend the two causes in a global spirit because the oppressed people need to unite their force to achieve victory. Today, in commemoration of Carlo Giuliani, such as for the political prisoners in Turkey and for all people of the world we have to unite in order to stop the killers. After the anti-fascist war the city of Genoa got the gold medal of Resistance. To remain loyal to the heritage of this resistance Genoa has to condemn fascism in Turkey.
