28 August 2001 CPI(M)'s Message to the Central Committee of the Popular Front For the Liberation of Palestine The Polit Bureau of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) strongly condemns the dastardly assassination of Com. Abu Ali Mustafa, Secretary General of the PFLP by the Israeli security forces. The missile attack on the PFLP office at Ramallah targetting its leadership is the latest incident of the brutal aggression by the Israeli government. The real face of the Sharon government is seen in their heinous assassination programme. Comrade Mustafa has become a martyr in the ongoing struggle against Israeli aggression backed by imperialism. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) pays homage to the valiant memory of Comrade Mustafa. It conveys its heartfelt sympathy to his wife and family members and to his comrades in the PFLP.
