Statement of the Central Committee, CPI(ML) Liberation on the ASSASSINATION OF COMRADE ABU ALI MUSTAFA, SECRETARY-GENERAL OF PEOPLE'S FRONT FOR LIBERATION OF PALESTINE The great national leader of Palestine, Comrade Abu Ali Mustafa was ,martyred on August 27 morning. While working at the desk in his office Abu Ali was killed by American supplied missile from an American supplied helicopter fired by Israeli Armed Forces as decided by the Israel security cabinet on previous night. This barbarian cool blooded killing was more than an act of murderous state terrorism. It was one of the key component of a still larger strategy of war of genocide & occupation being carried out US-Israel jointly, for the ultimate Geo-Political interest of US. We cannot ignore the facts that Just days before assassination, US administration's Justification of Israel's murder policy, campaign by US media, for calling NATO to occupy Palestine and run Palestine state and after the act of assassination and political and diplomatic coverage provided after assassination over and above dumping funds and arms in Israel. In the last 11 months since the beginning Intifida (uprising) in September end of last year, more than 60 selective elimination similar to the present one , in addition to more than 600 people killed in the ongoing phase of penetration, selective elimination destruction and occupation. In this phase, Abu Ali's killing tops the crimes committed against the Palestine People. We energetically condemn the Assassination of Comrade Abu Ali Mustafa. We demand withdrawal of Israel from Palestine territories forthwith. We demand US to stop Arming , funding and providing political and deplomatic coverng to the heinous crimes of the Zionist regime in Israel. We extend our deep condolence and solidarity to the Palestine people, PFLP members and the family members of Comrade Abu Ali . The outpouring of mass grief and anger across the world will soon turned into unbreakable determination to achieve liberation with heroic courage. These were the qualities of Abu Ali while lived in the midst of his people in close integration , For the people of Palestine, he was the personification of whole " Intifida spirit " . Inheriting his spirit, people's Intifida-- Insurrection of the masses -- shall give rebirth to a whole community of Mustafas to lead the people in completing the historical task.
