Greetings Comrade Tariq!   You are right when you say that Milosevic didn't carried any ethnic cleansing. He didn't carried them by his hands. As did Hitler never killed anyone at Auschwitz. But, in Vukovar (Croatia) high officer - general Nikola Sljivancanin - of Serb-controlled JNA (Yugoslav Peoples' Army - reminder from Tito's SFRY) ordered that army took all patients from local hospital, and kill them on place called Ovcara. Second example: Srebrenice. For your information, nationalist-chauvinist chetniks army from so called Republic of Srpska, caused many ethnical cleansing in Bosnia. It is other story why the West and his newspapers supported Milosevic in his nationalist rage. Also, your first statement: "None of the bodies that the Serbian army was  supposed to have killed have ever been found" is inccorect.
