THE NEO NAZI GROUP "L'ASSAUT" IS AUTHORISED TO DEMONSTRATE IN BRUSSELS THIS 15 DECEMBER : DOES BELGIAN GOVERNEMENT LOOKS FOR PROVOKING INCIDENTALS ? During the antiglobalisation demonstration of G�nes in July 2001, the Italian police ignored deliberately on the preparation and the arming of about hundred agitators elements, called the "Black Block ", a small anarchist group infiltrated by the European political polices, and on their actions. These elements, of which no one imagines that they would be unknown of police services in Europe, that file everybody since 2 years, were able with impunity to multiply aggressions and depredations. Following a very well known script, the police let during 3 hours the free field to members of the " Blacks Blocks ". Then the police forces attacked those who were not part of this group. Observers and press have all denounced the strategy of terror that inspired the conduct of the police forces, whose objective is to put the responsibility of violences and material destructions on anti-mondialists demonstrators. Since the beginning of the XXth century, the czarist political police, the terrifying OKHRANA, used infilrations and provocations to discredit and to dismantle the revolutionary organizations. Following its example,all political polices use these illegal methods to cut down adversaries of the System. Since the "Years of lead " and the "strategy of tension", NATO and particularly Italy have a tragic experience in this domain. Today, it exists in every European country small groups infiltrated and controlled by the political polices, when they are not entirely fabricated by them. These agitator small groups act in impunity and are protected by the political polices or directly by the special services of NATO and sometimes the Israeli MOSSAD. Artificially presentated as neo-Nazi extreme-right, as extreme-left or under the red-brown "flags", these small groups and their ringleaders prepare Europe to repression. AFTER GENOA, BRUSSELS ! Meetings organized by the Belgian presidency of the European union are the opportunity to tempt to limit the political liberties and to reinforce the Europe of the repression and polices, that constructs itself around INFOPOL. Belgium especially distinguishes itself by a set of law projects aiming to criminalize the political opposition and to limit the public liberties. For instance, the offense of "fence breakage" becomes liable of one firm jail year. And jurisdictions of exception, the "snelrecht", where one judges in some hours, at most absolute contempt of defense rights, are already taking effect. Here too, the agitating groupscontrolled by political polices are settled down to work. The role devolved in italie to the pseudo "anarchists" is played here by a so-called "red-brown" group and actually authentically neo-nazi, descended from the Nazi private militia "THE ASSAULT", that recruits skinheads. Since last June 13, and under cover of a ghotstly "nationalistic Committee against NATO", the neo-nazi agitators have managed to disrupt a demonstration against the arrival of Georges Bush in front of NATO's seat. Directly protected by the police forces, the parapolicery agitators, controlled by old militaries and civil belgian servants ina ctive employment, were able in total impunity to insult and to attack the pacifist demonstrators, the police dispersing and stopping pacifists. The police even facilitated the retirement of neo-Nazis, which left without being worried. A script that announced G�nes ! For demonstrations of the reunion of Laeken, the same group specially created another ghost committee "Nationalists against Globalization ". It�s this "committee", opportunely constitued, and of which one sees here the utility, that already allowed VERHOFSTAD to accuse the anti-globalizations of sympathy for theses of the far-right, in his arrogant "open Letter" of last October. It�s this neo-Nazi "Committee " that the Belgian authorities allowed to demonstrate this 15 March in Brussels (to 11h - departure corner of the Av. Albert II and of the Bld Baudouin, close to the Place Rogier, to about hundred meters of the entrance of Laeken) where it rameutes neo-Nazi and skinheads groups coming from France and Holland. Therefore there will be this 15 December in Brussels about tens of n�o-Nazi authorized to provoke anti-globalization demonstrators, that will infiltrate the official demonstrations to provoke incidents. WE ASK ONLY ONE QUESTION : DOES THE BELGIAN GOVERNMENT DELIBERETALY LOOKING FOR PROVOKING SOME VIOLENT INCIDENTALS ? We require: - The interdiction of the neo-Nazi demonstration of December 15, - The opening of investigation commissions in european Parliament and Belgian federal Parliament on the protection of which beneficiated neo-nazi group "L''ASSAUT" ant its progeniture, and on the conditions that drove to allow him to demonstrate this 15 December. Lors de la manifestation antiglobalisation de G�nes en juillet 2001, la police italienne a d�lib�r�ment ferm� les yeux sur la pr�paration et l'armement de quelques centaines d'�l�ments provocateurs, dits du "Black Block", un groupuscule anarchisant infiltr� par les polices politiques europ�ennes et sur leur passage � l'acte. Ces �l�ments, dont personne n'imagine qu'ils seraient inconnus des services de police en Europe, qui fichent � tour de bras depuis 2 ans, ont pu en toute impunit� multiplier les agressions et les d�pr�dations. Suivant un sc�nario trop bien connu, la police a laiss� pendant 3 heures le champ libre aux membres des "Blacks Blocks". Puis les force de l'ordre se sont attaqu�es � ceux qui n'en faisaient pas partie . Les observateurs et la presse ont tous d�nonc� la strat�gie de la terreur qui a inspir� la conduite des forces de police , dont l'objectif est de faire retomber la responsabilit� des violences et destructions mat�rielles sur les manifestants anti-mondialistes. D�s le d�but du XXi�me si�cle, la police politique tsariste, la terrible OKHRANA, utilisait infilrations et provocations pour discr�diter et d�manteler les organisations r�volutionnaires. A sa suite, toutes les polices politiques utilisent ces m�thodes ill�gales pour abattre les adversaires du Syst�me. Depuis les "Ann�es de plomb" et la "strat�gie de la tension", l'OTAN et particuli�rement l'Italie ont une tragique exp�rience en ce domaine. Aujourd'hui, il existe dans chaque pays europ�en des groupuscules infiltr�s et contr�l�s par les polices politiques, quant ils ne sont pas tout simplement cr��s de toutes pi�ces par celles-ci. Ces groupuscules provocateurs agissent en toute impunit� et sont prot�g�s par les polices politiques ou directement par les services sp�ciaux de l'OTAN et parfois le MOSSAD isra�lien. Par�s artificiellement des couleurs de l'extr�me-droite n�onazie, de l'extr�me-gauche ou encore agissant sous les drapeaux "rouge-bruns", ces groupuscules et leur meneurs barbouzards pr�parent l'Europe de la r�pression. APRES GENES, BRUXELLES ! Les r�unions organis�es par la pr�sidence belge de l'Union europ�enne sont l'occasion choisie pour tenter de limiter les libert�s politiques et renforcer l'Europe de la r�pression et des polices, qui se construit autor d'INFOPOL. La belgique se distingue particuli�rement par une s�rie de projets de lois visant � criminaliser l'opposition politique et � limiter les libert�s publiques. A titre d'exemple, le d�lit de "bris de cloture" devient passible d'un an de prison ferme. Et des juridictions d'exception, le "snelrecht", o� l'on juge en quelques heures, au m�pris le plus absolu des droits de la d�fense, sont d�j� en place. Ici aussi les groupuscules provocateurs contr�l�s par les polices politiques sont � l'oeuvre. Le r�le d�volu en italie aux pseudo "anarchistes" est ici jou� par un groupuscule soit-disant "rouge-brun" et en r�alit� authentiquement n�onazi, issu de la milice priv�e nazie � L'ASSAUT �, qui recrute des skinheads. D�s le 13 juin dernier, et sous-couvert d'un fantomatique "Comit� nationaliste contre l'OTAN", les barbouzes n�onazis ont pu perturber une manifestation contre la venue de Georges Bush devant le si�ge de l'OTAN. Directement prot�g�s par les forces de police, les provocateurs parapoliciers, dirig�s par d'anciens militaires et des fonctionnaires en exercice belges, ont pu en toute impunit� insulter et attaquer les manifestants pacifistes, la police dispersant apr�s le tout et arr�tant les pacifistes. La police a m�me facilit� la retraite des n�onazis, lesquels sont partis sans �tre inqui�t�s. Un sc�nario qui annon�ait G�nes ! Pour les manifestations du sommet de Laeken, le m�me groupe a cr�� sp�cialement un autre comit� fant�me � Nationalistes contre la Globalisation �. C�est ce � comit� �, fort opporrtun�ment constitu� et dont on voit ici l�utilit�, qui a d�j� permis � VERHOFSTAD d�accuser les anti-globalisations de sympathie pour les th�ses de l�extr�me-droite, dans son arrogante � Lettre ouverte � d�octobre dernier. C�est ce � Comit� � n�onazi et barbouzard que les autorit�s belges ont autoris� � manifester ce 15 mars � Bruxelles (� 11h � d�part coin de l�Av. Albert II et du Bld Baudouin, pr�s de la Place Rogier, � quelques centaines de m�tres de l�entr�e de Laeken). O� il rameute des groupes n�onazis et skinheads venus de France et de Hollande. Il y aura donc ce 15 d�cembre � Bruxelles des dizaines de n�o-nazis autoris�s � provoquer les manifestants anti-globalisation, puis qui infiltreront les manifestations officielles pour y provoquer des incidents. UNE SEULE QUESTION SE POSE : LE GOUVERNEMENT BELGE CHERCHE-T-IL DELIBEREMENT A PROVOQUER DES INCIDENTS VIOLENTS ? Nous exigeons : - L�interdiction de la manifestation n�onazie du 15 d�cembre, - L�ouverture de commissions d�enqu�te au Parlement europ�en et au Parlement f�d�ral belge sur la protection dont jouit le groupe n�onazzi � L�ASSAUT � et ses pseudopodes, et sur les conditions qui ont conduit � l�autoriser � manifester ce 15 d�cembre.
