KATHMANDU -- The editor in chief and publisher of Samacharpatra daily
vernacular Pushkar Lal Shrestha was on Monday summoned by Kirti Bahadur
Chand, the Chief District Officer of Kathmandu and interrogated in close
doors for over two hours.
Shrestha was summoned via telephone call and interrogated about a piece

the urban areas in recent times.
