Farouq Qaddomi,the Palestinian Foreign Minister and social leadership coordinators, and chiefs of political missions accredited in GT Jamahiriya attended the ceremony. Secretary of GP's Committee for African Unity was present as well. GT Jamahiriya social leadership's speech was delivered highlighting the strong position by Great al Fateh Revolution towards the Palestinain Cause. The speech also indicated the support by GT Jamahiriya for the legitimate Palestinian right of return to the land and the declaration of the independent state.
