The head of the defense team of the Libyan national and political hostage
Abdel basset el Megrahi has confirmed that his team has satisfied all the
requirements of the case and revealed that the appeal against the past
verdict will expose several legal aspects that would release the Libyan
national.

The head of the defense team made statements to the press published in
London yesterday indicating that the appeal will focus on the lack of sound
justice basis in various parts concerning the verdict and revealed that the
defense team has more fresh evidence that would release the Libyan national
Abdel Basset al Megrahi.

In a further development professor Robert Black from the university of

verdict was based was totally contradictory and indicated that his
