Well, I didn't set it on a random timer or anything. :) And it only shows up on an MSN alert message received. Try clicking on manage subscription the next time it pops up. It should take you to the origin of the MSN alert. >From there you can let me know what the MSN alert is, and I can subscribe to it and debug.
Regarding the other point about it saying MSN alert, good suggestion. I'll look into that.
