Hi, As you know, Kopete in KDE4 will be the occasion of doing deep changes. Specially in the context of desktop integration.
I have posted a document about different way to do that, and to remind us different models http://blog.bepointbe.be/index.php/2006/06/09/14-instant-messaging-integration-into-the-desktop I hope that could help us to comes with a solid model for KDE4, if we go with telepathy/tapioca/.... Note that this document just present different alternative, and doesn't describe what we will do. We still have to determine that. -- Olivier
