We try to make upgrade working fine in general.
The problem is that this is not really tested.
Developpers upgrade their version continuesly from the SVN, also, it is not
possible to check every config possibilities.
If you have issue you can reproduce, please attach the old config file, or tell
us the options that make the upgrading fail, we will be happy to fix thoses
case.
