Summary: implement msn's offline message sending capability
           Product: kopete
           Version: 0.12.3
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: al mobiusproject co nz

Version: 0.12.3 (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (edgy) 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu3.1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17-11-generic

MSN (or Windows Live) Messenger now allows users to message each other when the
other party is offline, just like ICQ and Y! have been doing for years. It
would be nice to have Kopete do this too. MSN can now communicate both online
and offline messages through to the yahoo network and back, so in theory it
uses a similar system to yahoo. Currently we get a message saying "The user xx
xx is not currently signed in. Messages will not be delivered"
