I can confirm this bug on Kopete 0.2.13 (official openSUSE 10.2 packages).
However on my system, it works fine with my Jabber account but doesn't work
with my ICQ account. The temporary workaround that Daniel mentioned also
doesn't work for me.
This bug is quite old. Is this already fixed in newer versions of Kopete?
